Many of my clients enjoy the refreshing sensation of being listened to and being part of a relationship with someone who fully understands their issues; I call it a ‘thinking partnership’.    However, whilst I do ‘listen’ a lot – my aim is to not only talk through processes to improve your business, visually we have to see the results of our partnership.  A key part of what I do is monitoring and assessing regularly with my clients their progress to date.
