Peter developed his hairdressing skills with Vidal Sassoon in his early 20’s, before he was 25 Peter moved on to managing not just one but a chain of 5 West End salons, employing and managing 200+ members of staff. 

In addition to this chain of salons, Peter also was the Chief Executive of a large training academy and product brand based in London, New York and San Francisco.  UK hairdressing experienced a boom in the States during the late 70’s, and Peter was fortunate, along with his team to be a major part of this.

Peter’s passion has always been people management, and now he spends his time sharing his knowledge and experience with other salon owners as a Business Coach.

Coaching salon owners to improve their business through guidance, support and encouragement.  As the world of business moves faster and becomes more competitive, having a business coach is no longer a luxury; it has become a necessity. 

Like management, coaching is an on-going process to help individuals overcome barriers to improve performance.  If a person has a barrier or mental block, all your training will be wasted.  Coaching is the key that unlocks the blockage, and with the result that the individual thinks and performs differently.
